summer cutting

hey guys.,..

im looking at a summer cutting cycle. I want to gain around 10 pounds of Lean muscle mass, get nice vascualarity and cut up nice. Whats a good cycle to run around may that will get me what im trying to achieve. I should weigh around 200 lbs 5' 9" by the beginning of may and im around 9-10% bodyfat and I just wanna get crazyyyyy cut. Thanx guys.
 
how old are you?
what is your current diet? (lay out meal by meal)
cardio?
training experience?
what do you weigh now?

i am assuming u have never used steroids b4, right?

well im on dbol and test right now...current diet.... a.m...... dozen egg whites...wheat bagel, 3 glasses of milk... fruit. few hours later...nuts...berries...more fruit. lunch......chicken breat...or tuna,......pasta.... dinner....chicken...steak...tuna..or fish. i always either eat tuna, chicken steak or fish during my meals except for breakfast.
 
i hope your diet is more refined and scheduled than you make it sound. should be looking at 6 meals per day, high in protein fiber greens water healthy fats

3 glasses ? even 3-8oz glasses at once will not help you cut. needs to be 100 percent whole wheat pasta. minimal sodium from anything including pasta sauce. do you eat same thing everyday, this helps. to eat the same foods everyday. helps when cutting cause your body gets adjusted and weight drops off faster it seems.
 
could u lay out the diet a little better for us like

Meal 1 (8am): Oatmeal, 12 egg whites, etc

Meal 2 (10am): ....

etc

etc


u also skipped a couple of questions. age, cardio, training experience, current weight?

bear with us. there is a method 2 our madness when we ask this stuff.
 
So you are on test and dbol and want to switch to something else and then gain 10lbs while cutting up?
