Var,eq,sust. Make sure the eq/sust are ran for 12 weeks at least, run var in the begining, being the eq takes up to 6 weeks to start working.

Sustanon because of test...it takes 3-4 weeks to kick in tho so you want to run it for 3 times that amount (approx.).
