ok- i'm gunna be going on a cutting cycle so i want to have my diet in check.....i'm doing 30-45 minites of cardio 6 days a week (just started) i was on a low carb (about 200g/day) for the last month--but i would go on carb binges every now and then, anyway.....here is a basic day: special k w/ non fat milk, protein shake w/ water, pick up stix (house special chicken, only eat half the rice but sometimes all the chicken), protein bar, another shake in water, penut butter and jelly sandwich, and another shake. try to eat every 2-3 hours.
