suggestions on my diet please!!!!!

ok- i'm gunna be going on a cutting cycle so i want to have my diet in check.....i'm doing 30-45 minites of cardio 6 days a week (just started) i was on a low carb (about 200g/day) for the last month--but i would go on carb binges every now and then, anyway.....here is a basic day: special k w/ non fat milk, protein shake w/ water, pick up stix (house special chicken, only eat half the rice but sometimes all the chicken), protein bar, another shake in water, penut butter and jelly sandwich, and another shake. try to eat every 2-3 hours.
 
Cut the carbs, milk is a carb, cut the sugar, real simple, If you look at your diet it seem you are eating a lot of carbs.

Carbs are sugar, sugar is stored as fat,

Eat zero carbs when cutting,


Eat less than zero carbs,

Don't even think about carbs when cutting.
 
200mg is not low carbs. You should drop them to 10-15g a day, youll see a difference. Only thing is your workouts fucking suck but the fat loss kinda balances it out, at least for me...Rather be ripped than big and bloated....

Stick with your basics,

Eggs
Beef
Romaine lettuce
tuna
chicken

Go with Broccoli and Cauliflower, Red Potatoes and Yams for carb sources. get rid of the rice and cut the simple sugars.

You can cut with carbs, but you have to watch your sodium and make sure you eat high quality carbs.

I have done 30g per day low carb diets and they do work, but imho they are not healthy and not worth the aggravation. Of course, if you are going for some super freaky 4% BF range you may have to go with this method.
 
thanks for the info guys.....i'm not trying to get in the single digits, would like to get to 10% bf....so i'm thinking as long as i'm eating "clean" no fast foods, etc.... i should be ok, right?...........;)
