Hey guys looking for suggestions about the stack I'm currently on. I'm taking
Multi Vitaimin (Loaded with just about everything although it lacks in zinc and Vitamin C so I'm taking extra)
Zinc
Vitamin C
1tsp Flaxseed Oil in the morning and evening
20 g G-TEK Glutamine
1 tablespoon Trac Creatine (2 hrs before workout every day)
NO Xplode about (twenty minutes before workouts)
MuscleMilk (2 scoops in a.m. and 2 scoops p.m. before bed))
ON protein during the day
Lately I've been reading alot about supplements like AAKG (I think that's what it is) and Nitrix, I was wondering if these are supps I should think about adding to what I'm already taking.
Also, Has anyone tried cellmass if so what did you think?
