PureCEE dosing is generally 1 caplet (700mg) per 60lbs of bodyweight (round up if bodyweight falls near midway between a divisable weight). if training long (over 1hr seesions) or doing 2 a days, typically add 1-2 caps.
dont feel constrained to try different dosing or more caps(a couple dont go crazy ), but if you do you more drink more water. some people have very high creatine capacity.
