Suggested cycle as well as diet?

I would really really like to attempt my first ever mens physique competition this time next year. I'm 6ft, 210lbs, with around 11-13% bf I would say? I've been lifting for three years now almost four, and I have a fairly clean diet for the most part but I think I really need to tighten up on it to help with bf and symmetry. I'm currently done with WEEK ONE of my PCT. I just came off of a beast/katana cycle and I fucking loved it lol. I don't think I ran the katana at a high enough dose because I don't believe I saw too much difference, but I know it had an effect so I've learned from that.
My plan is wait til mid october to start a bulking cycle and then around may I would like to start with a contest prep cycle as well as diet.
Any comments, advice, or just straight up criticism is welcome bros :)

I'm sure I'll see a lot of winny suggestions and var, and test E and also katana and hella (I would prefer to stay away from tren)
 
Well if i read this correctly, it said you want to cut? untill OCTOBER then you want to bulk? In that case Use some Test Prop, as you may want to stay with less water weight, this involves EOD injectioned e.g (mon wed fri) however if you dislike needles you can use Test e (once or twice a week, usualli twice) but just keep armidex on hand to control the water bloat. Winny is a good option to get lean,i wouldnt recommend tren as your just new to the AAS world, but for now keep it at test/winny if you must, dont complicate your first cycle to much, you want to know how your body reacts to Test as a stand alone before jumping on deca/eq/tren etc. :)

Keep your diet at 2000 cals 60% protein 30% fat 10% carbs as your divided macros.

Also for dosage:
I would recommend 500mg of test e or equivalent of prop every week, this dose, consdiering your new to AAS and your receptors are virgin, you could even with a pin point diet bulk and cut at the saem time, hwoever dont expect bulk such as on a bulk cycle, but iis doable..

Though if you want to just preserve your muscle 250 mg of test is enough :)

2000 calories at 6' 210 10-13%bf? Even with 500mg test he will absolutely lose muscle.I felt like I was losing muscle on 2500 cals and im 5'8'' 175@7-8%bf I agree with the macro breakdown, but if your bf% is really where you say its at I would keep cals anywhere from 2500-2800 and just increase cardio accordingly.

As far as cycle, dont over complicate like the above said. It really does come down to diet/cardio, you can cut on any steroid. And esters really doesnt play a large role either just know when to cut out test relative to contest. I personally love long esters cause ED pinning is a pin in the ass(get it?lol) If this is your second cycle i suggest keeping test at 500 and if you have the funds add 500mg Mast.

it depends done people sit on a 2500 call maintanence but ye o agree masteron werks wonders at.low bf

bro, if you want to get your cut on then there are a lot of things to do... first 2000 calories will help you to LOSE WEIGHT but you will most definitely LOSE MUSCLE consuming that little of food... there is no fucking way that if you are busting your ass in the gym everyday that 2000 calories is anywhere near maintenance nor is it at your size...

your diet needs to be high in protein, moderate in carbs and low in fats... you need to steer clear of sugars, salts, saturated fats...

eat very clean, high protein, fiber, clean calories...

here's how i would run a nice cutter... if you can get under 10% then mast is a great option but if your over 10% there is no point with it at all...

1-8 test prop 150 mg eod
3-8 anavar 60mg day first 4 weeks bump to 80 mg day last 2 weeks
3-8 proviron 50 mg day first 4 weeks bump to 75 mg last 2 weeks
1-8 aromasin 12.5 mg EOD
1-8 n2guard
1-8 hcgenerate

pct (2 days after last pin)
clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5
unleashed/post cycle combo
forma stanzol

there you go bro...
