You most likely lost water. It takes a while to build muscle naturally. How long did it take you to gain those 12-14lbs?

Weigh yourself in the morning only. Glycogen= +/- 3lbs of weight.

If you can gain 7-10lbs of muscle in a year naturally then you're doing EXTREMELY well. I dont believe you gained 12-14lbs of muscle in 3.5months without using gear. This is why you lost when you stopped working out and dropped cals.

all i can say is that the weight came on in that amount of time.. muscle was there, i can agree that some was water, but how can i go from having good muscle size to everyone asking what is wrong in just 2 weeks.. and do you think it will come back quickly or do i just need to go ahead and start the cycle..

Muscle takes time to build, and it doesnt just vanish in 2wks. Sounds to me like you gained 2-3lbs of solid muscle and had water and whatever else constituting the rest. I think if you go back on your training program you should get the weight back fairly quickly (the weight, not muscle), and in another 3.5months gain another 2-3lbs of solid muscle.
