Very true, on occasion when I feel I need some cortisol reduction post cycle (while still training hard) I'll buy some. Don't touch the complex or "CortBloc" it's crap and the studies done where with 800mg of ACTIVE PS, not PS COMPLEX (which the shit products use). You can order it on the Inet and even at Kilo Sports but it will cost you about $70 per month of usage. Naturally I use it sparingly which is probably better since it only reduces cortisol when they are spiked above normal - post cycle / high stress weeks / over training /etc.

As far as the results I'm not sure on how much it helps maintain muscle mass but it's effects on my mood (calmer), ability to sleep (lower cortisol = lower blood sugar) and my overall energy levels.
