Nothin yet bro, I am doing 40mg a day by 5 days along with 50mg winny ed and am in third week and no unbelievable results yet. Some firmness in my arms and chest. I haven't been following a real strict diet these last couple of weeks either. Oh yeah they ain't sublingual either you have to chew em.
