it is primo that comes in 20mg tabs that you chew up and let sit in your mouth. the substance is then absorbed thru the mouth and into the blood stream. hence you have sublingual primo
I don't have an opinion yet as to how effective they are, but they really do not dissolve under your tongue even if you crush them into powder first. Maybe some or even most of the drug is absorbed, but the powder doesn't go anywhere.
