who eats there?

i love there subs

reather eat there then mc donalds

since i am trying to loose some weight


what about you guys do any of you go there while on your diet?
 
very rarely. but when I do go I get a turkey sub with mustard and a diet tea.

usually I take my own so I can keep track of protein, carbs and fat
 
The Subways in my area started using less meat. And now they offer all of there fancy breads too. Thus I get more carbs and less protein in my footlong. So I stopped going there.
 
i eat there sometimes when im on the go...i just take most of the bread off..and ask them to put double meat on it
 
I hardly go there. I will say it's probably the best (one of) of the fast food chains. The breads are processed and they're loaded with HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP (aka sugar)...If you do go there, load up on R-ALA :)

Another option is their salads. Get double turkey breast/chicken and skip the condiments, unless they have olive oil...

Check this out. My Mom goes in there and makes them cut the bread in 3rds and use 1/3 folded in half with the regular amount of meat crammed on it.
Why even bother to go? She cracks me up.
I personally would rather use pita bread and have more meat on that little pita.

yeh, subway is good. Just cant get all the condiments and shit. So basically it is cheaper to go to the store and buy real meat and stuff. Those banana peppers are so good.
 
only things worth getting are grlled chicken breast or tuna... otherwise youll be getting more carbs than anything else.. not to mention it costs like $6 for a footlong.
 
I went with my freind to subway today (i did not eat there), but when the guy was making the sandwich he wiped his sniffling nose with his fucking hand and continued making the sandwich!
 
I don't see how anyone can go for subway.

Comparing most 6 Inch Subs with most McDonalds Burgers shows that they all have basically the same nutritional value (other than the fact that Subway has more sodium.

If your fat and trying to lose fat, you do not belong eating any fast food PERIOD whether it be fast food or not.
 
i always get a footlong double meat club with some tomato sauce from the meatballs. i make 2meals out of it.

the club is the best protein bang for your buck sandwich at subway.
 
maybe once a month I'll stop and pick up a chx breast on wheat WITH EVERYTHING except cheese and olives........my bro can put down two EASILY in one sitting.....way too much bread for me.....
