Stupid rain

My fucking basement exploded with water... just spent the last hour trying to stop the water.. then pumping it all out.. and now the rain has begun again. I didn't go to work this morning because i felt like complete shit... and now i have to deal with this now. On top of all this... i haven't gone to the gym yet!!

That sucks! I remember when I lived in NY the basement of the old house my parents bought leaked bad every spring. We had those pumps going, sweeping the water....grrrrrrrrrr! They finally got the walls fixed but it took a few yrs. Now I'm in FL and we simply don't have basements. I don't miss them either!
