No, you should be relaxed...do not flex the muscle when your injecting...what size needle are you using? what are you taking? You will know its working when you get the sense of well being, your lifts go up your wieght goes up...sometimes you get one way before the other so be patient...as far as crap...yes you will be doing alot of that if your eating correctly...

How much are you taking? is this your first cycle? are you stacking it with anything else?

It's working and crap when you bloat from not taking adex with it. What are your stats and what dosage are you taking? How often. Did you plan a cycle and if so what is it?
