Studying for my HRT/thyroid test

I want to get my sex hormone profile accurately measured. I have been thinking about some of the suppliments I've been taking and wondering if they will screw with my true results. My first guess is to not take my nightly zinc the night before, or even a few days before. Does taking oral Yohimbe, despite turning me into a jack-o-maniac, actually increase testosterone? I heard it doesn't but it sure does multiply my sex drive by a warp factor of five or more, as Mary Palmer will attest.
I can also get my GH tested. I take glutamine nightly. At what point should I quit to reflect accurate levels?
Concerning thyroid, at what point should I quit taking caffeine, yohimbe, and synephrine? The day before? Two days?
I understand the risks associated with putting your levels over optimal and all that happy horse buttclay. Basically, I don't want to foul up my test results and give a false signal that all is well if all is really not well; any way that can get me goodies would be very cool.
Any advice, thoughts, or suggestions are greatly appreciated and all that yadda-ness.
I saw on some posts to sleep less and drink more the preceding 72 hours before the test. And soy protein? If I get powder and get over half my protein from soy for the preceding 72 hours, will that do it? Damn, I can't believe I'm thinking about taking soy. This guy may start to menstruate.
How about jacking off 30 minutes before the test? I hear that lowers test for the time being.
