stronger guys are faster...

Hey boys.. I run track for ISU and I need somethin bad.. I am really looking forward to kickin some real ass this year.. I dont wanna put on loads of weight maybe 12 pounds at the most! I sprint the 100 and 200 and I need some serious power.. This will be my first cycle and I am going to get some anavar.. .I was gonna run that at 40mg ed.. I was also thinking maybe fina.. I wasnt sure if I should or not tho?? If I do do these, how much fina should I take and will I gain really any weight??? I know my strenght will just explode... So what yall think??
 
You'll definately gain some weight from the fina and anavar is a fine choice. Weight gains vary too much from person to person. It is generally taken every day at 75mg/day. The concentration will vary depending upon where you acquire it.

Make sure you try the fina pre-season. I was floored by how painful some of these drugs are to inject...two days later and I still can't walk right. Muscle pain could really mess up your performance.
 
Look up on the internet Ben Johnson's cycle.......steroids or not.......he's the fastest man on earth.......woooooooohoooooooo!

Ben J tested positive for Winstrol, which increases strength and hardness without adding too much mass.

The winny/fina combo would be a good one as well.
 
I would stay away from the fina. You will put on too much size.

If this is your first cycle your best bet is winny.

I used injectable win at about 100 mg per week. That is all it took. I was a vaulter not a sprinter but my 40 time went from a 4.5 to a 4.35.

Definately try this before you add something else. and be careful about the testing. NCAA does test at the big meets. I have seen several bros test positive.

Thats an unbelievable 40 bro, if you are that fast you should be in the NFL. I mean thats fast. Are you sure its 4.35??

I am not a 4.35 runner now. I weigh 245 lbs. that was 10 years ago. and yes I am sure. It was actually a 4.37 I rounded though but it was consistently under 4.4. I did not have a lot of top end speed though. I was world class for 10 yrds. but didn't have another gear to have a very fast 100 time.

I was injured in highschool which kept me from playing football in college. I was going to try out at the time my speed was down but I had another injury which made me quit sports alltogether.

University of Arkansas in 1991. My personal best was 17 my redshirt freshman year but I about killed myself vaulting going into my sophmore year and had to quit.

Where did you compete.
 
dammit, just because Ben Johnson tested positive for winstrol all track guys take it. Look, if have read "Speed Trap" by Charlie Francis (Johnson's coach) you would know that Johnson did not like winstrol because it made him too stiff. He actually prefered low dose d-bol, which was later switched to oral turinabol and also low dose test. He had not taken winstrol for several months leading up to the 88 olympics...which, when weighed with the discrepancy of the backup urine sample suggests that winstrol was planted there.


I have done sprint training on winstrol, and greatly prefer either anavar or test prop. If you do go with the hype and use winstrol, make sure to warmup for about twice as long as usual, or you run a high risk of tearing a hamstring (which I did while on winstrol and I know others that it has happened too also).

also, m56m is right about not needing that much winstrol. If I make sure to stay at 20mg or less a day the stiffness is not near as bad. I know with the cheap 50mg tabs it is tempting to pop 100mg a day, but that is gonna be very counter-productive.

Sprinters assuming 100 meters or less. Test Prop is the way to go. Winny has gotten to much hype. Can cause to much stiifness.
 
Speed & Power

I don't necessarily agree that if you increase your max effort strength ability that you will become faster. You may become less efficient. WinV helps neuromuscular efficiency....make sure that your training includes a positive ratio of fast to slow movements and choose a regimen that will keep your water buildup low. Plyos and speed work can be dangerous when using AS.......any testing implications?
 
It's all about strength and technique. I ran a 4.97 at 250 lbs, natural. If you have great leg strength (i've 1 rep maxed 700+ on safe squat), then weight isnt that big of a factor (but a factor nonetheless). Strength/Power is the bottom line.
