Stronger bones?

Uncrck2

New member
Is there some thing i can take to speed up bones in my hand that are broken to heal and then make them stronger?

i know that arginine will help the bones heal faster, you can get it in a pill or powdered form. unfortunately i dont really know anything that would help your bones get stronger, maybe try eating calcium rich foods or finding some vitamins that help make stronger bones and joints.

there are a few sups out there I know of that are geared towards helping bones and joints heal, However, the jury is still out on this topic and it will vary from person to person. Also, time and specialized target physical therapy exercises are what we would consider the most reliable healing option if surgery is not needed or an option in itself. You didn't specify what is the actual cause or what is the specific problem. If you elaborate some more we could help a little better. I wouldn't say don't try the sup route, but if you have the money to buy them and use them for a prolonged period of time(which is how the are supposed to work) then go ahead and try them. If the bones are still broken which ever ones they may be, keeping them immobilized until they fuse together properly and verified with X-rays is what you should be doing in the first place.

Oh, MSM, Glucosamine, and Chondroitin are helpful mostly with cartilage so unless this is part of your problem they will not be of much use. The main thing you would want to supplement with would be some type of vitamin A,D,K, Calcium, Zinc, and Boron. There are many others that help to a lesser degree and/or help with calcium absorption and metabolizing.
