strength up on last year but same mass?

MASSIVEMONSTER

New member
Last year I was 214 in the summer at 12% body fat. I have run 16 weeks of gear between last summer and now but was fatter during the winter. I have now dieted down to 10% body fat and running prop and tren acetate (only 700mg total) same as last year. My diet is spot on - 4300 cals, 350g protein.
My strength has gone up about 4-5% over last summer in all major lifts, but I have the same amount of lean mass and my measurements are all the same.
Why would this be, if I am forcing more resistance on my muscles and I have got stronger and eating ample food why havent I added 3-4lb of muscle???

Depending on how you lift, I notice when I do more of a powerlifting routine I will gain a lot of strength and not so much muscle mass. Much of the strength you pick up can be due to your nervous system becoming more efficient and coordinated.

If your strength is going up and you aren't gaining, then you aren't eating enough. EAT MORE! I know it may seem like you are eating enough now, but if you were the scale would be going up along with the weight on the bar.

if you lost fat and still have the same measurments...you gained lean muscle mass. but if you didnt gain...it still happends lots of factors come into play, test, adrenalin, carbs, ATP,...well you get the idea
