This past thursday was 11th day on Sust and also my 4th inj. of 250mg. I swear that I am already noticing strength increases that seem pretty dramatic to me. I add a whole other set of Dips (Gotta get me a weight belt now). Added 20 lbs on the pec deck machine. 10 lbs up on the cable crossovers. Another whole set on my incline bench (weight goes up next week). 10 lbs up on tricep pushdowns and another whole set on tricep extentions.
Bicep curls were up 5lbs each arm. shrugs up 10 lbs. Lateral raise up 5 lbs each arm.
Lat pulls and seated rows up 20 lbs.
Leg extensions and Hamstring curls today and added another set (more weight next week) Added another set of single leg squats.
I WISH I COULD DO REGULAR SQUATS! but due to a fused ankle in righ leg, my left does all of the work!
Growth is still not noticed but with those kind of strength gains, it should not be long.
