Strange new pain

I recently began getting a pain just above my elbow joint on the outside of my arms, sort of the very outside of my biceps. It's not really a muscle pain as much as it is a straining type of pain. It goes away fairly quickly after my workouts and is only present for a couple of minutes after exerting (SP?) myself.

I just finished doing some incline dumbbell presses and if I kept my form bang on and my arms going straight up it didn't hurt at all, if I started to bring my arms in towards each other as if I was going to cross them in front of my chest it would hurt.

I noticed this pain while doing some tricep exercises the other day too.

Has anyone else ever experienced this? Is it anything to worry about?

if you straighten your arm out in front of you with your palm up, and then with you other hand fully extend the hand of the other elbow, is there any pain? What other sprots do you play besides lifting? does anythin else aggravate the pain?
 
make sure you take time and warm up that area good next time you train, maybe the added blood flow will help.
