I recently began getting a pain just above my elbow joint on the outside of my arms, sort of the very outside of my biceps. It's not really a muscle pain as much as it is a straining type of pain. It goes away fairly quickly after my workouts and is only present for a couple of minutes after exerting (SP?) myself.
I just finished doing some incline dumbbell presses and if I kept my form bang on and my arms going straight up it didn't hurt at all, if I started to bring my arms in towards each other as if I was going to cross them in front of my chest it would hurt.
I noticed this pain while doing some tricep exercises the other day too.
Has anyone else ever experienced this? Is it anything to worry about?
