stomach problems and fina

i have been diagnosed with h. pylori(a bacteria in the stomach). I want to know if i decide to take fina(75mg/ed) and winny oral, will it mess up my stomach worst than it already is?

Did you show symptoms of this or was it found at a routine visit?

I have incredibly sharp pains in my stomach about 4 times a day. I think I have to go the doctor soon.

i initially had symptoms of bloatedness without constipation. Then that bloatedness feeling turned into sharp pains in both my upper and lower abdomen(mainly upper). When those pains started i also felt pain in my back. I couldn't sleep at night because if i layed on my back my stomach would hurt, and if i layed on my stomach my back would kill. I took x-rays and they showed absolutely nothing, but ask for a blood test to check h.pylori because they won't offer it and half of the doctors don't even know what it is. But a word of advice, if u r throwing up anything that looks like coffee grinds, or if your shit is dark black and tarry, then go right away to the doctor or hospital because those are signs of stomach cancer. Don't mean to scare you, keep me posted with what the doctor says.

i know fina can be ruff on the liver and kidneys but i wouldnt know if it is bad for the stomach at all. good reply huh.

I would stay away from the orals.
