I can't pinpoint a single person, but quite a few people whine that it lowers the overall effect.

Of course, it's mostly the same people that have honey and cottage cheese post-workout.
 
Fructose and casein are the worst choices possible for post-workout nutrition. You want a 50/50 mix of dextrose and maltodextrin, and whey.
 
Lowers the energy gain.

Using ephedrine for direct fat-burning is a waste - not enough direct results, and too much risk of high blood-pressure, etc.

You're much better off using it before HIIT workouts to supercharge the fat loss and metabolism increase (works much better then using ephedrine three times a day just to increase the heart rate), and before gym, like on leg day.
