its powerful but is it the best thing out there for dieting? I use X every now and then but I dont feel much appetite suppressing effcts.

Well its been my first week on it...first 2 days i started off with 1 pill...didnt really feel much..then switched it up to 2 pills...felt slight;y more enrgized..and more focused..and the appetite suppressing effcts have kicked in..seriously i feel no need to eat...if i were to forget i could go the whole day without eating..also..when are u guys popping them...i take them every breakfast b4 i hit the gym to do some weights...i hope the fatburnin effects kick in so i can lose 30 pounds

When I first took t-rex I got this feeling, that was about 3 years ago I think, unfortunately never got those same effects I got off the first tub!

~Update~..I checked the scale today and i lost about a total of 10 pounds..not bad i suppose... I'll prolly gain it back though this week :S..I'm going on vacation...which ='s no gym...alot of alcohol..and not watching what I eat..

if you are going to drink taking sesapure will help with both the toxic effects of alcohol (increasing aldhyde dehydrogenase) as well as the adipose deposition from both alcohol and calorie excess (reccomend sesapure/glucorell(R+ lipoic) - for such occasions)

as above I have ben trying to cut, when I indulge in drinks I take sesamin r-ala, its works

All i know is that shit is powerfull.... i think i even wrote a post about it the first time i took it.

Have any of you been perscribed an Amphetamines like adderal or ritilian or have taken them for any reason?

Thats what that shit reminded me of .... actually i wouldnt be supprised if we found out later if it is an Amphetamine. That shit is so powerfulll...

I recomend to people that take it for the first time to be careful and whatever you do... no matter what do not take more than one pill the first time becuase it is so strong that it can be demobilizing.
