stims pre work out

hey guys im just wondering how many of u guys take some type of stimulant pre work out, i was tryng to work out how to put up a poll but i coulden't work it out, the reason i ask this is that i have been taking a pre work out supplement for the last 2 years nearly every day, and i would like to stop taking caffine all together. i have tried to quite a few tmes but only lastng a week tops. trainng is shit wth out it. any 1 been in the similar vote.

I think cycling is very important in this respect. It gives you a much needed physiological break so as not to develop a super tolerance and overload your system. Taking too much of any stimulant for too long and the withdrawals can be a bitch.

I take Amp02 and it's great stuff, but I can already tell I'm beginning to develop a tolerance over two weeks of use and plan to cycle once a month.
 
add half a piece of Fruit with your Amplify02 :)
and you will never develop tolerance as food int he GI tract is what dictates its 'uptake'

That's interesting, I'm going to try this! We talking any fruit or are certain ones more suitable?
