Sticky Situation

Here's my situation. I play football at the college level and pulled my hamstring midway through preseason camp. The recovery has been slow, and my main problem is the strength in my hamstring. We have our first game next weekend, so I am a little desperate for a solution.

I'm looking for something that will speed my recovery, but at the same time, will get out of my system quickly for testing reasons.

Because Im pressed for time, I can't afford to order something offline and wait for it to be mailed. But, my one bro has some leftover test prop from a cycle he ran a month ago that he is willing to give me.

My question is this. Will the prop help with my recovery if I run it for a short period (1-2 weeks), and how long will it take to leave my system if I dont currently have anything in my system right now and I only take it for 2 weeks.

My stats are as follows:

Age: 22
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 195
Bodyfat: 8%
Experience: 7 years lifting, lifetime of athletics
 
Not enough time for any effect and not worth the risk of detection, your best bet is live in the training room with ice massage stretching and a progressive lifting and running program up to game day, then on game day serious warm up and stretch followed by good wrap or sleeve
