hello my name is thomas baldry, i am 20 years old i weigh 12st 12 and i am 6ft 3" i have been trainig for about a year and a half using various supplements and i am now thinking about takin steroids could some 1 give me advice about what cycles to use where to inject . i want 2 get 2 about 14 and half stone of muscle and fairly ripped help would be very appreciative thank you for yur help

Well thomas my first suggestion would be TO DELETE YOUR FRIGIN NAME MAN. Second, you are too young to be using as your natural test levels are sky high right now. I would strongly suggest you take a look at the workout routine and diet forum. You can make monster gains when your diet and routine are in line. Good luck bro.

Indeed 14lbs in a stone. So, 12st 12lbs is 180lbs, 14.5st is 203lbs. Basically, he's looking to gain 20-25 pounds.

Get on a decent routine and eat until it's coming out of your ears. Try to be fairly full all day long with good, clean food.

thanks for the advice, so u think i shud jus eat more? i train about 5 times a week solid and hard training the gains r jus so slow tho for a year i av been about the same weight, i eat quite alot any way, is deca gud for bad joints?
 
Have you tried creatine yet for a short-term boost? Take a look in the training forum and get onto a solid strength and mass-gaining routine.

At your age, height, weight, you should be eating at least 3500 calories per day, maybe even 4000+. You should have no need of steroids for a long while. Another side to it is that if you want to be bigger then you're going to have to learn to eat like someone who is bigger to hold onto any new muscle that you grow. Start with your diet and training and take it from there. Think again when you stall again.
