I know it sounds unattractive bro, but the best thing you could do at your age is to invest your money into quality foods. Food is the most anabolic substance that exists! Make sure to eat 5-6 times a day, about 500-600 calories above your maintenance level. Eat a lean protein with every meal (beef, chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon, tilapia, egg whites, protein powders, etc), quality carbohydrates (potatoes, yams, oatmeal, whole grains, brown rice, etc) and a don't forget your good fats (almonds, peanuts, avocados, fatty fish, olive oil, peanut/almond butter) and fruits and vegetables of course. I know it sounds a bit vague, but if you need some help, search the diet section of the forum or pm one of the mods, they'll hook you up for sure. Trust me, at your ga e, straightening out your diet is the hardest thing to do , but if you do it, you'll grow, and quickly too I might add!
