Steroids for Cardio

Trying to find the best cycles to use for Triathalons, Motocross, and Jujitsu.

I don't really want bulk, but I do want strength and endurance.

Currently cycling a EQ cycle but not really seeing results except tight muscles. Taking clenbuteral on and off also.

Can't seem to find EPO Erythropoietin

Current stats:
180lbs, 5"7 with 18% bf age 35
Workout 7 days/week. 5 days cardio, 1 day total body weights. 1 race/fight day of competition.

Would like to drop bf to 10% and 170lbs

Winny is said to hurt my joints. Any advice is greatly appreicated. Have some big events coming up and would like an edge
 
Quite a few AAS will raise RBC, however many studies also show that in light of additional oxygen carrying blood cells an increase in usable oxygen doesnt increase accordingly. At the same time you have to be careful not to raise RBC too high because that causes an increase in BP and actually hampers endurance.

At the end of the day if your training and eating properly you shouldnt have a problem dropping 8% BF and increasing your VO2max capacity at the same time. Tri training is not the same as motorcross or jujitsu although they can all benefit from HIIT/tabata style training.
 
To answer your question, I'm currently running Katandrol and am seeing a visible loss in fat, or at least a tightening in my body. I will be getting my BF% measured the 11th to see if its just my mind or actually a bit of Katana.

I know a lot of people need that pill or shot or whatever to give them that kick in the ass to get to the gym because they thinkt hey can't do it alone. you CAN do it alone. Strict diet, writing down everythign you eat, do some cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach...but if you MUST...I would suggest

I believe those 2 combined would be an ultimate cycle to burn fat, while sustaining/gaining some lean muscle mass.
