I haven't posted much here, but more often prefer to troll. Everyday there is at least one excellent post by many excellent members, and almost everyday I see something like:
I'm 16, 6'1", 165 pounds, what should my cycle be?
I'm 18 right now, standing 5'11" tall. When I started training back in January, I weighed in at a meager 150 pounds. I haven't grown an inch taller, but I'm weighing in at 197, in just a little over 9+ months. Believe me or not, I can throw some pics your way if I must.
The things 15-20 year olds don't seem to understand is that there is SO MUCH room to grow with just a good diet and some dedication. You have to have dedication to your diet, as well as your routine!
I'm not one to tell people how to run their lives, but put on some quality size from DIET first, then when you've peaked down that alley, maybe then delve into the world of anabolics.
Nobody wants to put in TIME anymore, and training my friends is all about patience. It's a virtue. I've seen people go on 10 week cycles, and do what you could probably have done over 4-5 months of just healthy eating, for half the cost, and half the detriment to your health (i'm not an advocate against steroids, just and advocate against young people using steroids).
So perfect your diet, perfect your routine, love what you do, and through dedication and determination you can achieve steroids like gains without even taking them!
I often get asked what I'm on, how much test I shoot, crap like that (I may not seem big to you guys, but as I said, nearly 50 lbs in 9 months, I went from a rake to bouncer material). Now, just imagine if I actually WERE on steroids.
One thing at a time, all size will come in due time. Think long term.
