Steroids and Sleepwalking?

Hi guys.

It's a long shot as I haven't found much to suggest there's any link between sleepwalking and steroid use on the web but I was wondering if anyone had any info on the matter.

Last night I sleep-walked for the first time since I was about 14. It freaked my fiancee out as I had a blank face and was walking around the bedroom with my mobile phone next to my ear (the phone was off). Then apparently I just went back to bed.

As this hasn't happened for a while I was wondering if there's a possible link to the steroids. I'm on about 500mg of Test C.

It's worrying as I'm a lot bigger than what I was at 14. I used to slam doors and throw things in my sleep back then. Now I'm 6'5 and 290lbs, so I'm obviously concerned that I could potentially do quite a bit of damage. Tonight I've been sent to the guest bedroom and I've been locked in with a camera on. Feel like an animal in the zoo but it's better to be safe than sorry!

Any input would be appreciated. If you know anything about sleep walking in general even if it's not linked to steroids then I'd be grateful.

All the best.

I would think HGH would be a bigger culprit than steroids on this since guys say they sleep hard on it. interesting post though, never thought about it but in my opinion its a long shot .. I will say some guys say that tren makes them have intense dreams where they are fighting or something, I've had dreams where I punched someone and woke up doing it while on tren.

I never have heard of a correlation between sleep walking and steroids. I sleep walk sometimes now however I have always slept walked since I was a child. Ambien and some sleep medicine will definitely make you sleep walk and should be avoided if you are on them.

I agree with Arabian, stay away from sleeping meds at all costs. I still sleepwalk on a pretty regular basis, mine are sometimes pretty messed up. My eyes are wide open and I mumble. I took ambien only once when I was having trouble sleeping. I woke up in the morning laying outside on my hammock and there were two raw eggs burned right to the stove top. Plus I normally can recall what happened during my sleepwalking and sometimes even wake myself up, but on ambien it was like blacking out drunk.

That being said, I do believe my sleepwalking frequency increased a bit on cycle. I didn't get up out of bed very much but I do remember waking up and trapping something in my covers. Seems I believed something was there when I would sleepwalk for a short moment. The only possible correlation I can come up with it that steroids do cause a hormonal imbalance, similar to going through puberty. Idk about everyone else but I had the most frequent occurrences during puberty.

Going off of what Steve said, you'll probably want to stay away from tren, could cause some damage ha.

In general, gear no, but it's common to have sleepless nights with trenbolone (in fact very common). Though, any new substance introduced into your body can cause a bit of an imbalance.

There could be a correlation between the high levels of test in your body and when you were a teen in puberty.. any AAS always makes me sleep like a baby. Even tren. Dreams were fucked up but kinda funny

As WolfPack said, new substances can cause an imbalance so it could be that. It's got to be something I'm doing because these things don't usually come out of nowhere. I had a thought this morning that I'm also on a new pre-workout, took it a bit late that day so that may have contributed to it. I'll monitor it and see how it goes.

Oh and I just checked over the footage from last night and I didn't sleepwalk. So it might have just been a one-off. Regardless, cheers for the help guys. As always, it's much appreciated.
