Steroid Strength Program

I will be doing an anavar only cycle for 6 weeks at 50mg/day x 4 weeks, 70mg/day x 2 weeks.

What I am wondering is, how dangerous is it injury wise to train using a typical strength building routine compared to something a little lighter. Obviously I will be getting gains on both, but I'm sure my strength would increase even faster on the strength program. Would this be too hard on my joints/tendons etc?

depends on your body, the food you intake and if you get enough rest.. it's easy to overtrain (leading to injury) while doing a cycle..

good luck

I train for strength - Squat, Bench, Deadlift kinda deal...

Biggest issues I have had w/ gear and heavy lifting are tendon soreness after my cycle is over - muscles get stronger quicker than tendons do.

Are you doing a Var Only cycle? Seems like a waste of time to me.

i agree with AL430 and LiftHard, if you are going for strength then use a strength cycle not the spring cutter cycle that the curling team uses. Try Test E and Deca for strength, not Var.

nutrition, and rest will be key. work hard but listen to your body. if you get injured you waist your cycle, dont train hard enough you miss out on gains, its all a finely calibrated balance, good luck. :)
