well the 'ability to keep gains' column is a little wishy washy.
As far as muscle gains, they should all be the same, however some of the ones that increase strength and weight by bloating are ranked lower because once you stop using it the bloat goes away and so does the weight and strength, although that wasn't muscle lost that had been a result of using it necessarily.
The anabolic/androgenic columns are based on actual scientific data and tests on rats, so while it does reflect how androgenic or anabolic a substance is, it does not comment necessarily on how strongly it binds to receptors which can be just as an important factor as the actual strength
