The number of ml when finished depends on the strength. If you make it 100 mg/ml, then yes you can make 100 ml total. A 10g Fina kit would do the job. If the kit doesn't quite have enough solvent, then you may have trouble with the test prop crystallizing. If you're planning on making a lot of the stuff, buy filters, BA, and BB rather than buying it together in a kit. You mix BA 5% and BB 15% by volume. So, for your 100 ml, you'd need 5 ml of BA and 15 ml of BB plus about 70 ml of oil. The powder will take-up about 10ml. If that's not, just add more oil or slightly overfill a vial or two. As long as you filter and heat the finished solution, it's hard to do it incorrectly.
