Steroid help

Ok so I'm new to this site....so please avoid telling me off if this isn't the right area to post this.

I'm 5'9 and 22 years old. Currently deployed. I've spent a lot of time in the gym trying different things and never seem to gain any mass. I cut pretty easily though.

I work 16 hours a day so eating more then three times with two protein shakes isn't very easy.

I'm looking at Dbol to boost my workouts. I want to throw on 15-20lbs that will stay there.

Should I stack with other things? How long should I take...by mouth? What should I take for pct. Should I try and take test as well? I may not be able to get some of the other things you all suggest. Will Dbol alone still do a good job?

Thanks
Justin

Whats your weight and bodyfat %? Steroids are the next level of commitment for those who have had their diet and training in order long term, if you can't eat properly, they won't do anything for you... at your age changes to your diet could easily yield the gains you're looking for, without messing with your hormones

Agreed with Matt. As soon as you said you find it difficult to eat then that's the problem with not putting on mass. Dbol cycle will require more food also.
Post your typical diet for the day

Usually I get up and take a protein shake....get to work and depending on what time I get relieved I try to get chicken or fish to eat...enough to last all shift. Alone with this I'm snaking, mostly unhealthy try to stay awake foods. Then I go home and work out and protein before bed

I'm gonna try and work healthier foods into this as well as a real breakfast. The problem is here (in the desert) its easy to come up with excuses...I think once I was on something I would be more willing to force myself to eat more....plus they just say Dbol makes you hungrier.

You're too damn skinny to be using aas. Food is what you need. You say you're deployed but you are getting chicken and fish? You have access to dbol? Where the hell are you deployed to, Germany? Lol

Haha let me explain better. I'm a contractor in Kuwait. Was deployed here in 2010 and all I had was dfac food.

Now I can get to the cities. Could buy a whole damn goat if I wanted lol

Problem with eating more is I just don't feel good after forcing myself to eat. I figure If Dbol makes you hungrier that wouldn't be a problem. Now I eat one piece of chicken and I'm stuffed. Honestly I could eat once a day and be ok....I just eat more cause I'm working on weight gain.

You don't think Dbol would help at all?

You can't just eat dbols forever, you'll just lose every last bit of weight as soon as you go back to eating whatever you're eating now to support 140 lbs. Unless you just wanted to be bigger for a month or two.

I must agree with an earlier post. aas can be used to break through plateus and keep one moving towards goals in the long term, but everything else, especially diet should be in place first. IMO, it is best to get to a point where you have maxed out your natural potential before entertaining any cycles. I feel that when people look to gear for the answer, their results will be mixed at best, which could lead to disappointment and even discouragement. Are you getting a multi vitamin, creatine, and a variety of protein powders and bars every day? Protein shakes are especially good for bulking up as you can have one in the middle of the night to boost your intake. With these basic supps and 1.5-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight you will definitely see results. You will also want to thoroughly research your training in order to find what works best for you. Take your measurements and weigh yourself so you can keep track of your gains. When you start to see your progress taper off with all these things in place, that is the time to begin to consider aas.

I plan on staying in the gym, and once that muscle is there it will continue to damand the necessary food intake so I don't think keeping it up will be a problem. All I want is the boost to start off with and I think I could maintain from there.

If I do lose it, at least it was worth the try. And will damn sure be motivation not to lose it. Will taking just the Dbol do what I'm looking for?

If I try and do 2g of protein per lb that is 280g protein....so almost five of those shakes....4 of them put me at 240...and rest would come from meals....

My stomach would pop....

I guess the question is now...is there any harm in using it for a month just to boost and attempting to maintain after?

If I lose it then I'm in the same boat as I am now. I won't have crazy stretch marks or anything?

I'm really trying to see where you're coming from, but I sincerely think this would be a huge waste of time for you until you get a handle on eating more. There are so many guys here willing to help you and share some of their own tricks to eat more. And I can assure you, your stomach won't pop, you just may have to learn to get used to being uncomfortable and full. Find stevesmi's 'bulking' thread in the diet section. Dude, that guy knows how to get people enthused about eating like a champion. Tons of good ideas in that thread.

I looked at his plan and I will see what I can do with it. I'll see what I can substitute out and try this for a bit. Eating like this and working out hard , high weight low reps, how long should it take to see gains? I've been at it for roughly a month and its dissapointing to see no changes....I don't expect to get huge in that time...but a little change would be nice lol

You'll need to work hard on that diet bro, your used to eating feck all at the mo which is why you're 140lbs and dont feel good after big meals, you're gonna have to wolf down a lot of food minimum six times per day, you're gonna feel like you wanna throw up after every meal for a while but you'll get used to it, you'll see changes within a few weeks if you work hard enough at getting enough calories down your neck... to be honest at your weight I wouldn't be too worried about keeping those calories 100% clean either...

I'm not too concerned with the type of cals as it is hard over here and like you said at my weight I don't have to worry about getting fat.

I'll give this a try and hopefully it helps. How many shakes should I take a day...do those substitute meals?

It's Ramadan over here now which means stores are closed during the day so my chicken and fish come from burger king lol.

Have you heard of the gallon of milk a day diet? 2500 cals and 120g of protein plus meals...might ask about that in diet section.

its called GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) and its only supposed to SUPPLEMENT a real food diet...
bro... 2 shakes a day MAX... your body will process real food more efficiently...

all the big guys you see, they didnt get that way with just juice... food isnt just a little piece of the equation... its more important that the training when it comes to building mass...

and YES, you can be much worse off than now if your natural testosterone production decides to shut down... this can, and does happen to people; permanently... its a big risk to take if you cant get your diet or training up to par imo...

eat every 2 hours a meal with protein, cals, carbs, vitamins and minerals.

perfect example of this would be baked chicken with brown rice and a salad.

if you don't have an appetite even after working 16 hour days then i really don't know what to tell you. maybe you are just young and need to mature more, lots of young guys eat like birds and stay skinny... wife beater types that i see at the gym. they are there everyday too but never put on anything and are benching 90 pounds with their gf's who are almost as strong as them.

lesson here is eat like a man and workout like a man. time to up your game and push your body more. its starts with your legs. no way are you busting your ass enough doing squats, deads, cleans etc. your legs alone at your height being worked would put on 20 pounds so fast.. and those guys are 100% right above me, you aren't gonna get big off protein shakes. you can get 500grams of protein a day and it won't mean shit. its the quality of food you are getting. give me chicken, grassfed beef, pork, turkey over protein shakes all day please. now don't get me wrong I drink them.. i love my peanut butter crunch WTBM, i probably had 3 glasses of it today. but i don't depend on it to replace meals even though I am not even wanting to put on weight. and you definately shouldn't depend on shakes being 140 pounds at 5 9

Once Ramadan is over I'm gonna go shopping and probably get me a six pack bag from the internet to help organise my meals.

I just started working legs more since it releases a lot of test. Will try changing up my diet and forcing myself to eat more.

Thanks for all the help guys, and ill keep you updated with gains....hopefully lol
