I am 27, been lifting for about 10 years.. right now Im right around 225 at 6'1" tall... done about 7 cycles... (I never do more then one in a year) my last one was, 500mg sustanon every 3rd day for 8 week, put on a good 15 pounds...
right now I got a little pot belly, need to lose about 5 pounds before next cycle..
but was thinking of a d-bol,deca/or eq, test cycle...
thinking something of
week 1 - 4.. 35mg dbol every day
week 1 - 8.. 500mg deca or eq
week 1-6.. 750mg test e..
since the dbol and test Ill probably use arimidex through out cycle to keep
acne and water retention somewhat under control...
figuring aout 3g of protein per pound and about 50 calories per pound..
what you guys think?
also heard its best to thin back down before starting a cycle, something about more usable steroid recepticles?
give me some info/advice....
