I have been weight training for past 2 yrs have gained approx 3/4 stone and am in resonable good shape.Body fat is at 14% and cardio ok.I have been taking whey protein and creatine but want to try something to give me a real boost.have been advised to try deca but im looking for help and sugestions.

I would suggest starting with a good diet and training regiment. Tell us more about your diet please.

and other stats too please... age, weight (in lbs please) i think is stone is 14 lbs? , also height and diet.. thanks

The stone thing is a bit confusing.

14 pounds. = 1 stone
28 pounds = 1 tod

well im 30 yrs old weigh 82kg and 5foot 10 tall
my diet is ok have a protien shake plus 3weatibix/branflakes for breakfast tuna/chicken for lunch have chicken plus veg for dinner 3meals a day,and protein shake pre workout. take away once a week however i drink approx 10-15 pints of larger per week.weights plus 20mins cardio twice a week then just weights 2 other times per week.

seriously! lager will keep your bf high and reduce your gains. drop the alcohol, step up your cardio and get to training. Once you get around 10% or lower, then decide to use gear or not. All gear will do for you at this point is make you stronger and fatter looking, plus still buzzed ..
