hey guys, im new to this site and i need some serious help and advice regarding the usage of steroids. im 30 and working out from the last 3 years, im in a good shape, but now i need to push my limits.. what should i use on this stage .. thanx
"Push your limits". So you've reached you're natural potential?
"I'm in good shape". How good of shape? Weight? Height? Bodyfat?
"Help on steroids". Have you done any research?
Not being a smartass but it's not something you can just jump right into after thinking about it for 2 hours.
You mentioned nothing about nutrition. I feel that until you know what you're doing properly with training methods/nutrition drugs will do nothing for you. You will get unsatisfying results that lead to more drug usage. Ultimately because you didn't learn the basics. My advice.. Learn the basics and be consistent!
