Steriods and boxing...

Hey guys whats up i have been looking through the site for awhile but this is actually my first post... I dont know much at all about steriods. One thing that i do know (or atleast i think i know, correct me if im wrong) is that there is oil based and water based steroids. Supposedly Oil based is the better of the 2 because when you get off of them you keep about 90% of what you have. Like i said i dont know anything about this so if im wrong let me know. Anyways i am a competitive boxer looking to turn pro and i was wondering what the best sterioid would be to take and also the SAFEST. Right now i am 5'11'' 230 mostly muscle BUT i have a little belly that i need to get rid of. I would like to only take 2 cycles of whatever the best steroid for my situation would be. I would like to cut out but gain a little mass at the same time ending at about 215-220 all muscle and really cut .... My main concern is that once i start taking whatever i decide to take will i have to continue taking it? Or can i stop and keep the benefits. I also dont want to get bitch tits and look like a woman so would i need an estrogen blocker? Any advice would be appreciated. Sorry this post is so long but as you can see im clueless on this stuff.

hey bro.

i think i speak for alot of members when i say "you should do atleast some research before posting. u cant expect to make ur first post without atleast taking the time and effort to know a little about the topic." but, welcome to EF! glad to have u here, ull learn alot.

to answer ur question, in my boxing gym alot of guys did anavar. its a safe steroid that doesnt prodcue much gains, so u dont go up in weight class, but produces lots of strength. here is a link so u can read a little more about it.

With all due respect, you need to spend some more time reading and learning. If you are a competitive athelete as you say, you should know the rudiments of training and dieting. Boxers need to maintain their speed and weight and therefore do not need massive mass cycles. Most of you guys are tested. This puts most synthetics down the list as they may stay in the system for several months. So we are basically left with testosterone and orals. But orals are harsh on the liver. You see how complicated it gets? Stay around and ask questions but read first. Many, many people on this board have a wealth of information but get a bit impatient by newbies. Give us some basic information: how long you have been training with weights, your bodyfat, etc.

No I am not tested for anything. I am still an amateur so they dont do any testing so i figure now would be the best time to take something. Yeah i know exaclty what you guys are talking about when it comes to posting stupid shit without reading first i belong to a boxing forum and i get a little pissed when people ask dumb shit too so i know where you guys are coming from. As for the weight class deal im already a super heavy (anything over 201) so i cant go over my weight class.. A lot of people at the gym are telling me that a good choice would be Whinny because it will just cut me out and make me a little faster. Ill contine to read through the site and when i come up with a legit question ill post it. Thanks guys.

Hows your diet? As a boxer im sure you can manipulate your cals and macros to get leaner...I have boxing friends that dont take anything and get cut up really good with proper training and diet..how long you been boxing?

My advice to you is that if you really are a competitive boxer than it should be no problem droping 10 lbs naturally. That is usually the first thing you train is endurance by doing massive cardio, am I correct? Just up your cardio and the intensity, cut your calories but keep high protein, and weight train as normal. I believe steroids should only be used for those who are thinking long term with large goals in mind.. Because why risk side effects if all you want to do is lose 10 lbs. Plus most of the AAS stays in your system for quite some time therefore failing all of your drug tests. I agree with the guys on here also that you should always research before you continue on further. Good luck with whatever you choose man.

Well this might sound a bit harsh " but " .... If your a no non-sense i'm going to rip your fucking head off and shit down your throat kinda of a boxer ( like i was ) then the olny drug your going to like is halotestin ( fluoxymesterone )

it can dramaticly increase aggression and boxers love the stuff , it's good for strength and endurance ( due to increased red bloodcell production ) does not make you hold water " yet " it's sill packed with negative side effects such as liver toxicity

But you did ask ... fucking " iron mike " eat this shit like candy when he was 20

There are better choices of more mild drugs ... var being one and winny worked well for me when i was still in that loop ...

Just a little idea. Dont talk to people you dont know that well about steroid use. Thats what EF is for. Word always get around. Last thing you want is an enemy or a rival finding out when you start kickin ass and want to go pro.

I'm a boxer bro, and I stick w/ Var only cycles for the most part. Once in a while I'll throw a little turinabol or EQ in too. Winny will make training painful, since it makes your joints "crackle", lol, so I'd stay away from that one. And stay away from the Turinabol if you're deep into training too, it can cause some overpumping/cramping and make you feel like your endurance has been cut in half. Anavar and EQ are a boxers best friend though...Anavar and EQ both can help with joint problems, Anavar is the best at increasing strength but not bulk, and EQ increases red blood cells count too (or something like that) which will improve your endurance.

I came out of Kronk in Detroit, and used to box in amateur tourneys in Chicago plenty....where ya training at maing?

peace
