Can any one help me ...? I have been going to gym for a year and noticed no gain in size. I am on all protien supplememts etc but nothing .. I am considering stedz just to get me going .. I do not want to inject ...
There are alot of sites online but how do i know what ones are real and which ones i should take orally ... If any one has trid a site and was good please let me know .. Thanks

U need help with spelling to bro

And count your calories and see how much u r eating because obviously it's not enough. Check our the diet section on the board and read up
 
it takes years to build a base. sometimes you hear of guys who gained lots of mass quickly.. well they had built up muscle memory. if you didn't work out during your late teens and 20's it will be much harder all things being equal to put on muscle as an adult then a guy who put in the hours in the gym when they were younger.
 
Its my phone, touch screen ... I eat over 3000 calories a day easily ...

This isnt a source board PERIOD!

You want cycle and training advice you came to the right spot however.

That being said, if you have been training for a year and havent made any gains you have a lot to learn before you even think about touching a steroid.

however any advice is truely grateful.. I have only looked in to them cause i felt like that was only option .. I wanted to be natural but a year is long time with no visable gains .....

how old are you?
 
I eat over 3000 calories and then chicken n protien shake ect ... My routine is a diffrent body part everyday .. I ham just going by what mates have said on my trainnig
