steralize bottles??

What is the best method for steralizing a shampoo/sun tan, etc. bottle/? Can you just clean well, then boil in water, and then pass through a filter before injecting, or is that asking for an abcess?? Thanks for replies

Thanks for the quick response, but I need something that I can travel with, call me a scaredy cat, but I don't really want to travel with amps. That's why I need a good way to steralize something like a shampoo bottle, but thanks for the site!

Come on guys, I know that some of you have experience with this. My best idea right now is to use a glass bottle, have found out that it's safer to use. SOmeone ?????

Use a small glass liquor bottle, like the ones you get it hotels from the mini bar. Use the liquor that matches best with the color of your gear

Just make sure to wash it out and clean it out with some alcohol , or benzyl alcohol to be safe.

Why not just take the label off the bottle?Without the label how would they know what it is if you get checked.

No way,,,gotta use glass vile..But them with no labels sterilized and presealed...Make sure u do this its not worth an infection....Better yet buy them with plastic screw tops,,,so if u go on a plane there is no detecting in a metal detector or in xray..I think u r being a little paranoid,,,But like I said go this route....
