Guess I have you confused with someone else who posted on another part of the board that they did Ruhl's leg routine (which looks similar to this unless I'm wrong) and vomited 6 times.

I'll give this a go next leg day.
 
Ok I'm a fucking dumbass, the thread I'm talking about is the one in your post. Reguardless I'll try this sometime this week.
 
It's offical. Legs became the toughest workout of the week. I love it. I brought two shirts because I need to change shirts after doing the squats. It's wasn't as tough as last week. Try it out folks.

NO EXCUSES!! TRY IT OUT. YOU CAN CHANGE IT UP A LITTLE TO BETTER SUIT YOU. I can't do leg extensions so I added 3-4 sets of deadlift. When I do them I try to use as much legs as possible. I drag the bar along my legs.
