So what do i need the baby syringe for,? i just mix the winny with the distilled water in the baby food jar then i draw it with a 3cc syringe, squirt it in my mouth and that's all? Sounds almost to good to be true lol

dont fill up the syringe! Just 1cc. It will equal 50mg.

you can use that to fill up the jar. Put in 100ml of distilled water in it, then 5g of winnie.. this will leave you with 50mg per ml. Just easier to measure.

ok bro thanks a million for answer my questions and for the info you just made my cycle a hell of a lot better and cheaper. Just one more question if you don't mind, once it's mixed do you have to shake it, like will the powder seperate and settle at the bottom? and you can just keep it in the babyfood jar for the duration of your cycle and it will still be good?
