Use someone else's password = banned.

Many of us use clearly use pictures in an unauthorized manner as avatars. Why aren't we instantly banned?

Some pictures used in posts are linked back to other sites. This is stealing bandwidth that other sites pay for, without seeing the other information on their pages. This is actually money out of pocket for those people. Are those pictures removed, and the posters banned? No

Same thing with cut and pasted articles, text copied from other sites without royalties paid.

Are the "Bikini Babes" pics licensed from Maxim, FHM, etc?

Don't get high and mighty over a password. The punishment didn't fit the "crime".

He is making a *contrasting* point, something many of you may not have the wit to follow.

The point being made [for those of you on the short bus] is that using material of any user without explicit permission [passwords, pictures et al] should be grounds for banning.

Um posting some other web site's pics or articles from another website or links to them etc. etc. etc...does NOT compromise the safety with legal issues that surround this board!

It'd be different if there was a CHAT MOD FORUM and an ANABOLIC MOD FORUM..but its all one in the same..therefore, i think banning someone for doing this is justifed that one must be dismissed so that thousands of others can enjoy the security of this board.
