Staying Lean while Bulking

I am doing a Test E / EQ/ Deca Bulking Cycle but I have heard of people putting on some extra fat while on similar bulking cycles. I have just cut down from about 17% BF to 10% bf so I wanna make sure I don’t have to do all that work again. I am gonna keep my diet real clean and low fat but I wanted to get some opinions on taking Clen on this cycle. Would it counter act everything else I am taking? Or should I just wait until after my cycle and after PCT and cut then?

I have done clen cycles in the past but only done it with Prop / Winny (a real cutting cycle) so just thought I would ask.

you don't cut with drugs bro, you cut with diet...........you can't bulk and get lean at the same time.......
 
I used seasapure and glucerall in my last cycle that i just finished up. It worked for me and I was on 800mg ew of test and 550mg ew of EQ So i was hungry as all hell all day.
 
Bro, I have the same concerns, I dropped to 10% and am about to start me dbol, sus regimen. Much to my chagrin, I am convinced that I am going to gain bodyfat no matter how clean I eat. I just hope that I am pleasantly suprised and lean out at the same time !!!! So I guess, expect to gain. Also, from what I have learned here, bulking is bulking and cutting is cutting, do one or the other. Clen while bulking? I don't really see any benefit really.
 
That's why you use the SesaPure/Glucorell Combo.
SesaPure wastes calories rather than letting your body store unused calories as fat.
Glucorell keeps excess insulin levels down. Your body stops burning fat when insulin is present in your blood. If you're bulking and eating carbs you have to have something to stop the insulin from making you fat. Glucorell does that.
You can bulk while still limiting the fat gain.

I'm from this school of thought as well .

When i bulk i eat everything i can lay my hands on , sometimes i even chew on the fridge door just to keep my jaw muscles in shape .

Steroids need a calorie rich enviroment so i indulge just that , that doesn't mean you have to eat poor , you can fill your face but with proper nutrients not fats or trans fats .

Grow Grow Grow ... then chissle away the rough edges

How long have you been at 10%?? when I've leaned down, I like to hold onto the leaness for a at least two months or so before I start eating for mass

the longer you stay lean, the slower you will put on fat when you eat up again

I wouldn't recommend trying to bulk up and stay VERY lean. it's almost required to gain fat and water when you are lifting heavy. It cushions your joints, fills out your muscles for increased power(extra water) , recovery, delivery of nurtients to the muscle..etc.

lastly, it's easier to take off fat that has just recently been added.

think of fat as a sediment bed in the river...as the years go on, the sediment gets thicker and harder packed. the harder it becomes, the harder it is to stir it up. same thing with fat, the longer the fat has been on your body, the harder it is to mobilize it. I am sure many here who leaned down the first time can tell you it was hella hard. but, now, I am sure they lean down quick when they bulk as the fat has only been on them for the bulk (12-20 keeks)
