I get home at work and eat, usually baked fish and some veggies and head to gym and after work out I have a protein shake but about 9-9:30 I'm so hungry. Anyone else have this problem? I always thought it was bad to eat 2 hours before going to bed.
Or should I better benefit by shake before gym and eat after workout...which would be about 8:00

Carb-fest-o-rama! No wonder you were burnin' up all night! THat's one way to get the metabolism goin'... not sure I want to burn in my bed though
