Bros,
I am starting a 6 weeker tomorrow. Want to see what I can gain and keep from 6 weeks. I want to get 8-10 lbs. Stats are 6ft 208 10%BF
My choices are:
Prop 600-700mg wk
Var 40-50mg day
or
Prop 600-700mg wk
NPP 300-400mg wk
I have never used NPP or Var before. I just want to add 8lbs and keep it after. That's all my body will hold without getting fatter or going on test for good. What do you guys reccomend? I would like to hear any similar cycle experiences..
