Hey Bros, long time board reader (1+ years), just had allot of learning to do and nothing to add. Through the guidance of this board I have pretty much fixed my diet and lifts. Added many compound movements that triggered good growth and ditched the belt and straps and started over again. I am trying to figure out a good trigger point to start AS. I suppose that would be the point of dimensioning returns on genetics? I feel as if in about 3 or 4 months I'll have strengthend my supporting muscle structure and be close enough start? Stats posted below but at 6'2" 222lbs. Everytime I start to trim down I start to feel small and loose strength, besides the fact that I don't have all that much mass to be proud of. The board has been good for me, education goes a long ways in this game.

Bench 315 x 8 (or 110 DBs)
Squat 315 x 8 no belt, building support strength.
DL's 285 x 10 " I could do more, but still perfecting form.
SDL's 225 x 10 "
clean press 155 x 8
Not really looking for a cycle input yet, but hey, I am all ears..
