Hey all, I'm brand new to the boards and just have some questions for whoever is kind enough to answer them. I have not done steroids before, but am seriously thinking about it. I'm about 6' and 230lbs. I have a bit extra on my stomach, but am overall considered a pretty muscular person. I really want to lose my gut, but in addition want to get much bigger. Does anyone have any ideas for suppliments to start on, diet tips and anything else? I would greatly appreciate any opinions. You can IM me on AIM with JukkakeBob. Please write back.
 
I would do a cycle of test at 500mg a week only or kick start it with dbol bro right now your receptors are fresh. anyways I think you should stick around this forums so you can learn more about steroids bro.

I agree with jeb, 500mg/wk of either sust, test enanthate, or cyp is a great 1st cycle. As for that gut, steriods aren't going to do anything to help you lose that. Concentrate on your diet and cardio to get rid of that. Check out the diet board for some ideas.
I would focus on getting down to 10% bf, you should be able to see your abs at that point. You won't be shredded, but they will still be visable.
Stick around the boards and by the time you hit 10% you should have enough knowledge to start planning a cycle that will fit your own personal goals.

1000mg of tren and 1000mg of EQ weekly will get my man shredded! No, but serious bro get your bf% checked and come back with some solid stats, current training and diet regimen for better advice. Basically you will need to focus on dieting because you can do all the cardio in the world and if your diet, meaning no beer drinking contests, isn't in checking then you will not lose anything off that gut! You may want to do some research on Clen if you are looking for extra help in shedding fat other than that, I wouldn't do any AAS until you have gained some more knowledge first!

I agree with this statement.
If you are looking for supps, then start off with a high protien diet with medium carbs and fat. Creatine supps are a really good place to start. Cardio may not be the answer to you fat loss but it is always a start. Try to manipulate your natty insulin production to both gain muscle and support fat loss, meaning, eat a small simple sugar before and after your workout to get the insulin spike for the muscle building puroses but try to avoid sugars during idleness and just before bed because insulin will make you store bodyfat like a bitch when you ain't primed for growth!

READ, READ, and READ some more about AAS!
