Starting First Cycle Monday Recommends..?

Despite any ones flames and put downs, i finished research and am ready to begin my first cycle. Been training for a while and will be started a new size and strength program. I picked up some clomid, excited but wondered if anyone had heard of a company called Protein Factory, who produce two products I was interested in, Unleashed and Post-Cycle, any one had experience? Im taking 250mg sust. and 200mg deca once a week for 8 weeks, might raise the deca slightly, but it would not be until im into the cycle. Im at 165 from 159 after 5 weeks of hard training without any support from "supplements." Already been eating a ton, and preparing to eat more, unfortunately, my sleep habits suck ass. I get 7 hours of sleep but i dont get off work usually until 1 or 2 in the morning, and stay up on this forum reading until 4 and sleep until about noon or so. If im getting my sleep, does it matter, or should i work on going to bed after work waking up around 8 or 9 and getting more out of my day? Finally, I have my entire workout schedule complete and ready, i workout 3 days a week now, moving to 5 after all my reasearch, only thing I lack is a strong stomach routine, which I cant find many recommendations on after all my searching, any one?? thanks for the imput, soon to be platinum so i can share my pics of a beast to be.

21 years old been lifting since high school, have great exercises, focus and hard isolations, and tried every routine possible, from 5 days a week and eating eating eating, to taking time off for a few weeks and going back for explosive workouts, i just cant gain weight or size, i have always fluctuated from 155 to 170 just depending on how hard i train and eat, but 170 is weighted down with clothes and shit loads of water weight, not from juice

im just very consistant and always focus on my workouts, i train hard, and am very decent in size, but my strength is very lacking. i do every workout everyone does, me and my partner, we spend alot of time at the gym. he keeps growing, i get slim results. i know alot say genetics, but my dad is 5' 9" 210 and a swole ass bitch at almost 50 ex bodybuilder, i just dont feel comfortable going to him for much any advice, hes a pastor now

eating at or around 2500 calories now, i eat a shit load it just metabolizes so fast, plan on upping to 3500

I think for his first cycle the doses are ok...250mgs of sust and 200mgs of deca...i think even though for some of us that do more then that..for a newbie..its a good start to get his feet wet...

just as long as your hitting 2g of protien per lbs of your weight you should be good..

I think you need more cals,because 2500 isnt eating a shitload, im not knocking you because I started juicing young ,im just speaking from experience in what I learned.

and to be honest ive made my best gains off the juice after I learned how to eat and train properly, im just now juicing again now that ive got my shit together and know what Im doing

thanks for all the advice guys, i dont want to over do it on my body, any thing that goes in my body really only needs low dosages for me to feel the effects....im looking to most add size as a base, i can get cut in no time, its just the size i really lack more than anything. i have been to alot of websites, and by far say this one is the most informative, and flame free forum. thanks much appreciation.

i have heard when on juice you will eat more, so thats what im hoping will help me, i eat like 20 times a day, but its just not enough.
 
a few things:

1) 5'11" 165 your a bean pole, you could gain SOOO much more size naturally and EASILY, but thats your choice
2) you havent done every routine possible, trust me, youve probably done a lot of bad ones and overtrain all the time so you dont get anywhere.
3)2500 calories a day is piddly shit, i usually get that in two meals before noon. make sure youre eating lots of carbs and protein like swordfish said, and healthy fats
4)sleep is a major factor, and if you plan on doing any kind of high intensity/high volume routine, it will catch up with you fast.
5)some may disagree with me, but if you do actually cycle, one amp of sus every 4-5 days will be great. save the deca for next time. 200mg isnt even worth it anyways.
 
so lets say i wait to do my cycle then, is it ok to set a date for myself, like march or april, and just bust my ass until then, or is that still not enough time. my over all goal is to get big, get cut, be more happy with my self, i really thought that doing a cycle would help with all of those. i have been researching since september when i started a membership at 24, and met some new people who were cool as hell, but just wanted to make money, its good stuff and legit, but i thought it was my only alternative. guess i just wanted an ego boost
 
I wouldn't set a date. Instead I would set a natural goal and get there. At 5'11" , 165 and 21 yo, you should be growing big time from training hard and eating like a pig.
That's what I did. I wasn't even thinking aas when I got into it. there are far to many people hopping on aas before the time and think it's the answer to it all. Paying the dues is the answer.
I'd go to like 200lb body weight at least and then think aas. Try to get to a 315 bench and 315 squat etc. 300 club man or something along those lines. Natural limits is what I'm talking about, then aas. That's what I did.
I also did a stack with deca my first time out and it really hosed me. Completely. I did 2 cycles and was completely fawked up. I needed to rethink and re-research the entire aas concept. Moral of that story-do a ton o research.
 
IMO run 500mg of sust not the split then you will know how you body is reacting to test if you do well on that next cycle add in the deca from experince i did a deca and tets and dbols and winny and the problem is that i dont know which thing did what so im advising stick to 1 injectable if you want a kickstart use dbol i did bloody brilliant strength and weight up quickly k it was all wate rbut still cool to see.

secondly about your diet your on a bulkat 2500cals your barely maintaining eatmore. you should know what your maintence is someone once told me that is is possible to add a maximum of 2lbs of lean muscle a week (seems accurate based on my frust and only cycle what do others say) well if this is correct per week you need a cloire supplas of 7000cals so you shoudl be eating maintainence plus 1000cals in the righ macro split that suits you for bulking.

starting a cycle is about having the ocrrect tools availbale i.e. diet, training, AAS info and cv knoweldge once you have this then you can consider a cycle providing you have the right strnegth and sixe base under you.
 
At 21, 5'11'' and 165 lbs you should not even be considering juice now :toilet: imo. You can grow a lot now naturaly. I know you said that you have tried everything and you still can't grow. :nopity: You are wrong! This shows that you have not tried everything cause you would have found out how to grow by now. I am not trying to be a dick , I am trying to stop you from making a mistake. I would bet my left nutt :twirl: that you can get to 200lbs @ 12%100% natty. :inflate: You need to eat a lot more than you think. :RADAR Keep changing your lifting routines too. If you are stuck at this weight it dosn't mean you can't grow, it just means you need to adjust something. If you take the time :ryanh: now to get it all figured out you can build a great natural foundation. If you decide to go beyond that by using gear you will have an awsome base. You are young and your natty test is cooking now :sperm: , you need food, weights, sleep , oh, and pussy :licker: :velvett: . Thats it for now. See you are so far from your natural potential that you can grow easy now if you take the time to figure it out. But if you decide to take a shortcut here you will never learn how to do it the right way. You could get to 200 in less than 2 years without juice. If you use aas now I don't think you will ever be able to go with out it for any period of time and keep motivated to work out. See, when I was your age I almost made this mistake. I even had the shit but decided not to do it. In the 2 years after that I put on 50lbs natty! You can too. I promise you if you hold off on this at least a couple years you will be happy you did down the road. You want to earn it. You want to have a great build and then top it off with a bit of juice if you decide you want more than natural. But by doing juice now you are doing the oposite; a little bit of a build topped off with a ton of juice. Trust me.. You can do it the right way. You have all you need right now, just figure out how to use it and you will be blown away by what you can achieve!! Decide wise my friend, good luck.. :king:

this bro has it right here, i second exactly what he said...i have made better gains paying more attention to my diet and training then when i started juicing...i havent touched anything in one and a half years and my gains in that time frame have been amamzing just by tweeking my diet here and there...i eventually will go back on but im sure i will be better off due to the fact i now know what the fuck i am doing lol.....dont take this as a flame bro but get all your shit straight first (diet/training/sleep) then hit a cycle, youll be so much happier you did....goodluck and feel free to PM me with any questions you may have....
 
goddamn! tigersball, you know you are in a good forum when you make an all too common post about wanting to start AAS way before you are ready (and I think we all agree on that), but rather than flames, people yelling at you, you get responses like the ones above where people are kindly saying "don't do it, but if you do, blah blah blah".

I always get a bit nervous when I hear really young guys doing steroids. You're only 21! Your natural testosterone should be *raging* inside you. You are near the peak levels of natural test you will have in your whole life. I would save the gear until you turn 30, and for the next several years focus on working out naturally until you reach your genenetic limits, and adjust your lifestyle to boost your natural testosterone. You can help do that by getting a regular 8 hours rest each night and reducing stress in your life. Supplements like tribulus terrestris might help, too.
 
cyrex, you hit me, everyone really hit me, i have had so many people say no, but out of stubborness i have said yes, spent more than i should have on things i could def wait on. in my own mind i knew i could wait and just focus myslef to just bust my ass. i am very lucky to have people that rather i know them or not, have convinced me that i need to really train and eat and leave the hard stuff to the pros, or until my body is ready. i know great results are meant to be shown on this forum, and i can guarentee in less than 2 years, juice free before i let what everyone else tells me, i can acheive great goals. thanks for all the support, you people are my friends no matter where you come from. this has made my night of a hard night at work at 30 minutes of cardio. i start now with rest.
 
woohoo. Now just eat more, train differently (not necessarily harder), and get as big as you can in the next 2-3 years. Then think about tossing in some AAS

Good choice....very intelligent choice...bust your ass in the gym, eat tons of good food, and rest...you will do fine...I know RADAR had posted a long time ago a good BULKING diet...talked about the most ANABOLIC items are actually in your kitchen...FOOD...wish i still had that post.
