i just started my diet yesterday and i feel like crap , I feel all jittery and tired and week ?

what gives is my body just adjusting ?

will this go away ?

Im thinking maybe my blood sugar is low , because i ate whatever before this


please help!!!!
 
i posted a thread like this much earlier, it should be near the top

some fellas suggested potasium definicent, however, i think we need to know what type of diet you are on (what kinds of food you are eating) to be able to figure out what is wrong

i never felt jittery, but i was tired and had mass headaches

the bros, also said yes your body is adjusting and it does get better

im on a low carb 6 meal aday body for life type diet , lots of protien and vegs only about 100 grams of carbs per dar including oatmeal and brown rice ?

just feel like i need junk food to feel better , now once i find out if this goes away i candeal with it !!!

hang in there bro, its all mental from the sounds of it -- you want a reason to eat soem junk food:p

ive restricted to 100g carbs and not had problems, but 20 and under did me damage

It's only been one day, give it a few weeks. It's due to low caloric intake and low blood sugar levels. Which effects the release of endorphins.
