Starting Cycle, help with diet......

Hey bros, start my cycle on Monday. Trying to get all my ducks in order. Here is my current diet. I want to make good lean gains and lose some stomach fat. 5'10, 200, 13-15% bf
Goin on:
1-10 Test Cyp 500mg wk, Mon/Thurs
6-12 Var 50mg ed

Current Diet:
[1] 6 egg whites w/ 2 yolks, 1 cup gritz, fish oil, 1 slice whole wheat bread
[2] Chicken or lean ground beef, 1 cup brown rice or sweet potato, salad
[3] Same as number 2, maybe whole wheat pasta as carb
[4] Bowl of brown rice, chicken breast chopped up with salsa
[5] Pre Workout- shake, Amp 02, slice whole wheat bread
[6] Post workout- 24 oz Gatorade, Protein Shake 60-70gr, creatine, Vitamin C
[7] Chicken breast or lean groud beef
[8] Bedtime- Cottage cheese, 1 tbsp anpb, flax

Sometimes I miss meal 3 or 4 and cheat a little on weekends. How's it look. I wanna keep it strict starting Monday! Thanks for your help brothas!

I was wondering that? I have no idea. From what you see how much protein am I getting a day? Each serving is usually about 6 oz of meat I'm guessing. With 2 50-60gram protein shakes.
 
calculate what you eat. make sure you are eating 2-3 g of protein per lb of body weight per day. (i would stick to 3 or close to it) then up your cals with carbs and fats. add about 20% of each to your normal diet providing your normal diet has been effective. once you tune your diet and you are growing then figure out how many grams of carbs fat and protein you are eatimg per lb of bw and also how many cals per lb of bw. as you grow you need to keep upping your food. that is why you need to figure out what you are eating for each lb of bw.
